Onsite support and repairs are crucial to keeping your business running smoothly and minimising disruptions. Wizards@IT offer onsite support and repairs so your equipment can remain onsite wherever possible. Therefore you won't have the hassle of unplugging all your equipment and its accessories to take to a computer repair shop. Importantly, you may also need to leave it there for several days for them to repair. In other words, staff are unable to continue working affecting their productivity.
What if the issue is not on the equipment you took in for repair; but rather somewhere else on the network? You will now need to collect and pay for the repairs, only to take back another PC which may or may not be causing the issue.
We will come to you and, where possible, will fix onsite without charging call-out or travel fees. The areas we service include the whole of the Gold Coast, from the Tweed to Yatala, and surrounding suburbs, though call us should you be outside these areas to see if we can still assist you.
