Remote Support

Remote support makes it possible for Wizards@IT to troubleshoot your problem by means of the internet and remote access. With just the simple download of a small file we can access your machine to correct your problem remotely, saving you time, cost and providing a convenient service.

This service is available at the discretion of our technicians, as some problems are not fixable remotely and an onsite visit might be required. Our technicians will advise you of this when they call and have assessed the problem you are experiencing.
