Before commencing a SLA with us we perform an IT audit of your company
to see where your weaknesses are. We then formulate a plan of attack for
all of these weaknesses so we can get your business back on track.
We offer standard amounts of time for our SLA's. Each month you will be
allocated Maintenance time, Onsite time, and Remote time. Maintenance
time is basic maintenance of your systems. This usually consists of
standard software updates and running regular scans. We also check logs
to see if there are any problems occurring.
Our remote service was proudly developed by our team. With just the
simple download of a small file we can remotely access your machine to
correct your problem, saving you a lot of time.
Our onsite time is very versatile. Usually it consists of installing new
hardware/software and repairs.
